information when they first sign up, and can select their preferred payment method. Because we

Q) Non Profits - how can we pay?
A) Pay by Check, Money Order, or Purchase Order. Non Proifits will be billed net 30 days. To speed
up the process, use our Online Store and use a credit card or PayPal for authorization which will
never charged, only held like a hotel reservation. We will email an invoice which can be paid by
traditional means. Product ships with successful authorization so you gete your cards fast!

Q) What is your refund policy?
A) Sorry but we do not cannot offer refunds on any of our custom printed products, but we do offer a
100% satisfaction guarantee.

Q) Do you have coupons that we can give out as a thank-you?

Q) Can you print our name on the cards?
A) Yes! All cards are able to be imprinted with you organizations name for Free!

Q) How long does it take to get the cards?
A) Our stock cards are get your name printed and ship the day after you approve your proof. It usually
takes 3-5 days to receive your cards once they are shipped in North America - standard international
shipping applies. Custom Cards take a day or two more to make sure they are perfect before print.

Q) How many SKratch off areas on each card?
A) There are 50 silver circles on each card covering prices amounts ranging from .50 to 3.00. If each
person SKratches two areas, it only takes 20 to 25 people to complete a card. Each card brings you
$100 in donations. Since the card only cost $5.00- $10.00 your group makes $90 to $95 per card in
PROFIT!! No dollar symbols so will work anywhere!
